The Personnel Department is a structural subdivision of the Ural Federal University and is subordinated to the first pro-rector.
In its activities the personnel department is guided by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Law on Education in the Russian Federation, the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, other legislative acts of the Russian Federation, and the University Charter, the Collective Agreement, the Staff Management Regulations, Decisions of the Academic Council of the University, orders of the rector and the first vice-rector, which are binding for execution.
The main goal of the personnel department is to improve the quality of the University's human resources in accordance with the priority areas identified by the strategic objectives of the UrFU development.
